Caitlin Vialpando
Owner + Licensed Massage Therapist + Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Caitlin is the owner of A New You Massage. She started her business in February 2019 after she had her second child. Caitlin graduated massage therapy school in 2015 in Washington State. Her family decided to move back to their roots in Boise, Idaho to start their next journey. Caitlin specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue treatment, cupping therapy, hot stone massage and relaxation massage. She continues to grow her education every year to better her skills and knowledge of massage therapy. When she isn't working on the business, she is hanging out with her husband, two children and their dog. Doing yoga or devouring a really good book. "I can't wait to grow my business with our local community and help others heal and help them take control of their self care."
Lydia Suarez
Licensed Massage Therapist + Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Lydia graduated from Milan institute June 2020. Before joining A New You Massage Lydia worked in a spa setting where she worked as an esthetician and massage therapist. Although, she loves giving a good deep tissue massage her favorite type of massage is a mix of relaxation and therapeutic work. Lydia would love to further her education in Lomi Lomi, Thai massage, and sports massage. When Lydia is not at A New You Massage you will catch her hanging with family and the fur babies, catching the latest movies and music, and occasionally reading a book.

Ari
Licensed Massage Therapist
Ari will be graduating from Carrington College in the Massage Therapy Program in May of 2023. She enjoys giving deep tissue massages and is intuitive in trigger point modalities. She has always had a passion for helping people and is excited for furthering her explorative opportunities. Her goals for the future are to become an expert in cupping therapy, learn prenatal therapy, and myofascial release techniques. When Ari isn't at the clinic, she is usually spending time at home with her family or playing one of her instruments. During warmer months she enjoys going on leisurely walks, hikes, and camping in the beautiful state of Idaho.
Carly
Licensed Massage Therapist
Carly has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years! She graduated from Port Townsend School of Massage in Washington State. Most of her career time has been spent in the clinical settings for massage therapy, and recently started getting into the spa side of things. Carly is able to fully customize her clients sessions, whether that be full relaxation, needing treatment work or combining both! Her focus is to show up and be present and assist others on their path of self-care. Carly loves spending time in the outdoors, gardening, fitness, nutrition and reading. Her next goal in her career is to become certified in Craniosacral therapy, Somatic therapy and being trauma informed.
Lexee Tabbutt LMT
In Loving Memory
Lexee was apart of the A New You Massage Team for a short time, but we all knew her for over a year. She was one amazing person and could light up a room with just her smile. Every year in the month of March we will honor our Lexee by donating some of our proceeds to programs that help with domestic violence victims, rape victims, and the LGBTQ+ Community.
Lexee received her license for massage therapy in August 2020. She specializes in Deep Tissue Therapy, and relaxation massage. She is furthering her education in Reiki, crainosacral therapy, as well as trauma recovery. In Lexee's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Buddy. She opened her heart to Buddy and help him recover from a traumatic past. She loves the movies, yoga, and wants to start running again! "My favorite aspect of being an LMT is that I get to use my heart and soul to help others with their pain, stress and overall healing process."
